摘要: We performed arthroscopic debridement for degenerative rupture of the ligamentum teres femoris in a patient and obtained good results. A 78-year-old woman suddenly developed intense load-bearing pain from left lumbar to gluteal region, giving way, without definitive cause. At presentation, range motion hip joint external rotation was 0°, showing restricted motion. When passive internal applied at 90° flexion, region induced. initial radiographic examination, there were no abnormal findings joint. However, showed degeneration articular cartilage labrum but tear. In addition, observed it entrapped posterior space. Using bipolar radiofrequency scalpel, stump vaporized excised. The restriction observable even under anesthesia resolved immediately after surgery. Two years surgery, had regained her preoperative walking ability with aid T cane, examination coxarthrosis changes. This case indicates that coxalgia caused by is also indication debridement.
