摘要: Introduction: Intracranial ependymomas are less common in adults, and supratentorial extraventricular anaplastic requiring emergency surgery extremely rare. In addition, effective adjuvant chemotherapy for ependymoma has not been defined, especially adults. We herein describe a rare case of with fatal intratumoral hemorrhage discuss the therapy malignant glioma patients poor cognitive function. Case report: A 69-year-old female presented large area manifesting as sudden coma. cauliflower-like tumor was found primarily left inferior frontal gyrus unattached to lateral ventricle. The histologic features were consistent those ependymoma. Due patient’s age impaired function, we administered only temozolomide therapy. Conclusion: Maximal surgical resection is valuable treatment option
