摘要: Since the end of 1990s, number fires has increased dramatically in Malmo, a city southernmost part Sweden. Between 1998 and 2009, increase was 215%, large were intentional. The aim this paper is to deepen our understanding underlying causes spatial spatio-temporal distribution intentional analyse how different living conditions Malmo sub-areas may determine frequency fires. This paper׳s main contributions field operationalize theories social stress into measurable variables an index (ILC), statistically spatially relationship between One key conclusion that patterns can be determined by levels exposure socio-economic stressors. Another important finding emphasize importance analysing specific local fire incidents order utilize them locally-adapted safety policy formulations implementing preventative measures.
