摘要: Recent developments in cancer biology have identified the existence of a sub-poplulation cells - stem (CSC) that are resistant to most traditional therapies (e.g. chemotherapy and radiotherapy) ability repair their damaged DNA. Understanding functional CSCs especially signaling pathways involved self-renewal mechanisms is crucial for discovering forms In this review, we highlight current future prospects potential based on use nano-sized materials.
