摘要: Background and aims The aim of the current study was to evaluate in vitro anti-tumor efficacy gold nanoparticles (GNPs) conjugated with conventional chemotherapy drugs for treatment liver cancer. This approach based on proposes a novel platform therapy minimal toxicity increased profiles destruction hepatic cancer cells. Methods GNPs, stabilized monolayer L-aspartate additional cytostatic drugs, were successfully used as complex tumor-targeting drug-delivery system. (doxorubicin, cisplatin, capecitabine) non-covalently onto hydrophilic assemblies GNPs-L-Aspartate nanostructure. Transmission electron microscopy characterize morphological structural properties these drug-metallic nanostructures. Results cellular proliferation rates presence anti-cancer delivered by GNPs found be statistically lower than those cells exposed alone, indicating that facilitated an susceptibility doxorubicin, capecitabine plus ribavirin. Conclusion could offer new strategy patients diagnosed unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
