摘要: In the course of analyzing a series cloned circular retroviral DNAs, we recovered an unusual clone. The molecule consisted complete viral genome containing two copies long terminal repeat with extra sequences between repeats. These bases proved to be nearly DNA copy glycine tRNA, including that corresponded modified and nonpairing mature tRNA. A model is proposed account for formation aberrant
