摘要: The autoxidation of lauric, myristic, palmitic, and stearic acids, their ethyl esters, palmitic triglycerides was investigated by means the isothermal nonisothermal differential scanning calorimetry methods under oxygen flow. activation energies oxidation all compounds were similar (106.0–134.3 kJ/mol) did not depend on length carbon chain. Kinetic parameters start for each fatty acid ester. Esterification carboxyl group interfere with reaction rate. study showed good agreement between data.
