摘要: Anxiety disorders are highly prevalent among individuals with borderline personality disorder, comorbidity rates of up to 90%. have been found reduce the likelihood achieving remission from disorder over time and increase risk suicide self-injury in this population. Evidence-based treatments for not sufficiently focused on targeting anxiety disorders, their effects these either limited or unknown. Conversely, evidence-based typically exclude suicidal, self-injuring, seriously comorbid patients, thereby limiting generalizability disorder. To address limitations, recent research has begun emerge developing evaluating co-occurring specifically posttraumatic stress (PTSD), promising initial results. However, there is a need additional area, particularly studies treatment high-risk complex patients.
