摘要: 1. Goldfish were acclimated to temperatures of 10°C and 30°C for at least 4 weeks. 2. Fish have longer intestines with larger mucosal folds than fish 30°C. 3. When are compared fish, the electrical resistance intestinal mucosa, expressed in Ωcm2 serosal area, from 10°C-acclimated is higher. However when related 30°C-acclimated higher. 4. Mucosal glucose application evokes a change transepithelial potential difference. Although this effect smaller sustained difference due presence observed both cases. 5. Transepithelial sugar transport across vitro preparations was measured using 3-oxy-methyl-d-glucose as substrate. At net flux, mmol·kg wet weight−1·h−1, mucosa 10°C-fish. 6. Ion content determined freshly isolated muscosa incubated 1 h 20°C. The sodium concentration cells found be higher. 7. Oxygen consumption by 20°C absence ouabain. ouabain-sensitive oxygen between 10°C-fish or 30°C-fish not significant.
