摘要: Altering the body temperature of fish causes immediate changes in both functional and biochemical properties secretory epithelial tissues. The present account describes how intestinal tract goldfish adapts to regulate its function after a sudden exposure change environmental temperature. Adaptation can be seen take place three distinct steps. first stage, occurring 15-20h temperature, alters ability actively transported non-electrolytes increase microvillar membrane permeability sodium. passive cells sodium is also regulated at this stage. second adaptive involves phospholipids amino acid transport. This occurs about 32-48h. Regulation still not complete, however, intracellular remaining low potassium high for 2-3 weeks. There then final regulation sodium-pump activity. change, which concerned with pump turnover rather than number sites, probably connected synthesis new cells. These are discussed detail, an attempt made relate fine phospholipid fatty acyl composition known function.
