摘要: Sustainable chemistry is a broad framework that starts with the function chemical product offering. Not only but also economic and ethical aspects come into focus throughout complete lifecycle of products. Green an important building block for sustainable addresses issue greener synthesis and, to certain degree, more benign properties chemicals. The principles green clearly aim at making reactions processes environmentally friendly. Aspects such as atom efficiency, energy harmless reactants, renewable resources, pollution prevention are considered. Despite progress made toward "greener" chemistry, biotechnological processes, conversion biomass value-added products, have not been properly adapted new developments. Processes used in industrial biotechnology predominantly linear. This review elaborates on potential contributions vice versa. Examples presented how can be connected make substrate supply, upstream downstream processing, formation sustainable. chapter ends case study adipic acid production from lignin illustrate importance strong connection between biotechnology.
