摘要: Abstract In this study, fatty acid feedstock preparation and lactic production as integrated processes in mixed restaurant food bakery waste treatment were investigated. The included the hydrolysis of using extracellular fungal enzymes submerged fermentation. By hydrolysis, 0.27 g glucose, 4.7 mg free amino nitrogen (FAN) 1.9 mg phosphate recovered per gram dry material. After a lipid-rich solid fraction, to be used source acids, remained. nutrient-rich hydrolysate was medium fed-batch cultures heterotrophic microalga Chlorella pyrenoidosa, which grew well at rate 1.4 day− 1. order establish cost- water-efficient process, algae cultivation performed recycled culture supernatant without any negative impacts on growth C. pyrenoidosa. extraction lipids from algal biomass solids resulted saturated unsaturated acid-rich feedstock. Defatted derived further tested successfully sources Bacillus coagulans. outcomes study contribute establishment ‘green society’ by utilization material chemicals, materials fuels.
