摘要: Background The aim of this study was to identify clinical predictors malignancy and surgical strategies for pancreatic solid pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) by analysis outcomes at a single institution. Methods All patients who underwent surgery SPN between 1995 2010 were identified. Histopathology slides all reviewed specialized pathologist the neoplasms classified according criteria World Health Organization 2010. Results Of 106 identified, 85 (80·2 per cent) female, median age 36 (range 10-65) years. Median tumour size 4·5 1·0-15·0) cm. Some 17 (16·0 as having high-grade malignant SPN. Tumour least 5 cm associated with potential (P = 0·022). Although lymph nodes removed from 40 (37·7 cent), there no nodal metastases. A total five en bloc resection adjacent structures, including two portal vein involvement. After follow-up 56·9 months, had evidence recurrence in liver. Conclusion diameter or more is phenotype. Complete removal low rates.
