Microscopy showed pleomorphism giant cells, spindle-shaped cells anaplasia, diagnosis differentiation made. patient declined chemotherapy extended She suffered from liver nodes metastasis 9 months after surgery, she subsequently died 4 later due high tumor burden. Conclusions is but associated extremely poor prognosis. It should be included in differential lesions. Image: O ssification edge.
