摘要: Sarcomatoid carcinoma is a rare and aggressive form that occur at diverse locations in the body such as upper respiratory tract, lower digestive tracts, genitourinary breast thyroid glands. However, its occurrence pancreas has been rarely reported. of (SCP) high-grade epithelial malignancy composed predominantly spindle cells often having features suggestive derivation without indicative specific line mesenchymal differentiation. Its pathogenesis not elucidated. Microscopically, SCP comprises mostly anaplastic strikingly sarcoma-like appearance. Confirmation this disease based on pathological diagnosis. We report case was incidentally found after CT done for worsening chronic back pain patient to have pancreatic mass liver lesion. Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided biopsy revealed high grade malignant neoplasm with sarcomatoid features. Further chest bilateral lung nodules PET scan prominent bony metastases within vertebral bodies L1, L2, L3. The refused definitive treatment succumbed illness 3 months.
