摘要: Megaprojects are complex and expensive projects that often involve social, technical, economic, environmental political (STEEP) challenges to project management. Despite these challenges, owners financiers continue invest large sums of money in megaprojects run high risks being over schedule budget. While some degree cost considered during planning, the challenge modelling interactions impacts on performance still remains. To tackle this technical problem, research adopted Analytical Network Process combined it with a new Risk Priority Index as an innovative approach model analytically based data collected from Edinburgh Tram at construction phase. The provides interactive way for developers prioritise across supply network initiate timely mitigation strategies against significant time consequences STEEP megaproject performance.
