摘要: Abstract Lipid extraction could be one of the thorniest steps in microalgae process. Intercellular lipids are reluctant to extracted traditional solvent approaches because rigid cell walls and existence water biomass. In this study, three-phase partitioning (TPP) displayed capability extracting from non-broken high content (98.75%, w/w) Chlorella spp. with efficiency. TPP was found extract around 30% total LTMEs (lipid transformable methyl esters) cells under room temperature, which 2 times higher than that direct chloroform/methanol method. We also investigated impacts various parameters on performance. The results indicated incubation duration, temperature duration were positively correlated LTME efficiency, while ratio ethanol salt did not show significant impact. best result study reached a yield 69 ± 2%, 21% sonication–chloroform/methanol By comparison other studies conducted concept lipid biomass, showed clear advantages. addition since involve toxic chemicals, demonstrated feasibility as promising nontoxic technique microalgae.
