Optimization of oil extraction from Nannochloropsis salina biomass paste

摘要: Abstract A 1-step extraction process is reported for near quantitative (> 96%) of the total lipids from biomass paste (~ 72% moisture by weight) marine microalga Nannochloropsis salina . The composition solvent mixture chloroform, methanol and water first optimized a lipids. optimal found to be in volume ratio 5.7:3:1. This then used optimize time, temperature required 1 g dry equivalent paste. conditions are 25 °C 2-h using 33 mL mixture. Compared commonly Bligh Dyer protocol, proposed reduced mixed use ~ 48% time ~ 78%.
