摘要: Vitiligo is a skin disorder characterized by depigmentation caused the loss of melanocytes. The causes melanocyte are unclear, but relevant number observations lead researchers to ascribe cellular immunity as having an important role in vitiligo pathogenesis. Acting at origin inflammatory phenomena, rebalancing immune response with specific low dose SKA interleukins and antibodies stimulating melanocytes produce melanin via up-regulation transmembrane receptors through basic-Fibroblast Growth Factor, represents proposed Low Dose Medicine approach for treatment.
