摘要: The goal of this study was to assess the incorporation exudates human platelet-rich fibrin (hPRF) that is abundant in platelet cytokines and growth factors into biodegradable (FB) scaffolds as a regeneration matrix for promoting chondrocyte proliferation re-differentiation. hPRF obtained from blood by centrifugation without an anticoagulant, exudate collected mixed with bovine fibrinogen, then thrombin added form FB scaffold. Proliferation differentiation primary chondrocytes chondrosarcoma cell line, SW-1353, embedded three-dimensional (3D) on two-dimensional (2D) surface so produced were evaluated comparison agarose (AG) scaffold serving control. Results demonstrated amounts these higher than those blood-derived products except TGF-β1. Chondrocytes SW1353 cells 2D 3D addition PRF exhibited more-available AG scaffolds. It concluded can provide appropriate environment re-differentiation, it could be improved adding hPRF. These have great promise cartilage tissue engineering.
