摘要: A panel of 10 digestive tract carcinoma cell lines (6 pancreatic carcinomas) was assayed for their sensitivity to HuLelFN, human rIFN-7, rTNF-a and allogeneic LAK-cells in vitro. In addition, a combination rlFN-7 +rTNF-a tested on 3 lines. Whereas 6/7 were completely resistant rIFN-7 rTNF-α did inhibit growth some carcinomas tested. The individual heterogenous as is already known from cytostatics. Response rIFN-γ tended increase with increment doubling time. Only high concentrations (>1000 U/mL) displayed cytotoxicity sensitive tumors. antitumoral effect stimulated by rTNF-α. As revealed isobole analysis this interaction synergistic all comparison or the response slightly superior at effector target ratios, even though heterogenous.
