摘要: Fibrovascular polyps of the esophagus and hypopharynx are benign tumors upper digestive tract. The majority these located in part but hypopharyngeal fibrovascular only rarely seen. Most them surgically treated this is usually done through a cervical incision, although some have been removed endoscopically. authors report here on case 63-yr-old-man with giant polyp that extended into stomach; was simultaneous transcervical transabdominal approaches because huge size polyp. man presented progressive dysphagia 1 yr duration. preoperative assessment revealed arising from left arytenoid extending stomach. dimension about 26 x 10 4 cm. complete resection successful, it diagnosed as patient has followed up without any recurrence for 6 month postoperatively.
