摘要: Fibrovascular polyps are benign but rare tumours of the upper digestive tract. In most cases reported to date, fibrovascular have originated from oesophagus or hypopharynx. 85-90 percent these reports, commonest site was adjacent cricopharyngeal muscle. We report a very case, third in English language literature, polyp arising oropharynx. The patient provided history coughing with regurgitation polyp, which caused respiratory discomfort that only relieved by swallowing it. successfully treated excision through peroral route. There no recurrence three years follow-up. also discuss various diagnostic tests available and pathogenesis histopathology such lesions.
