Giant Fibrovascular Polyp of the Oropharynx

摘要: We describe a case of giant fibrovascular polyp arising from the oropharynx and causing vague clinical symptoms. To our knowledge, this is first description an oropharyngeal reported in medical literature. The diagnosis was based on MR imaging findings, which showed size configuration as well site attachment. patient underwent surgery, confirmed histologically.
