摘要: A selective and sensitive method is presented for biogenic amines (BA) determination. The novelty consists in coupling a highly electrochemical biosensor to weak acid cation-exchange column online detection of amines. bienzyme design, based on recently isolated amine oxidase from grass pea commercial horseradish peroxidase, was used the construction. enzymes were co-immobilized surface graphite electrode together with mediator (Os-redox polymer). performed at low applied potential (-50 mV vs. Ag/AgCl, KCl0.1 M), where biases interferences are minimal. separation determination six BA, relevance food analysis (tyramine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, agmatine spermidine), investigated. Irrespective BA nature, oxidase-based showed linear response up 5 mM, its sensitivity decreases following order: spermidine, agmatine, histamine tyramine. approach estimate content fish samples, after their extraction methanesulfonic acid.
