摘要: Abstract In this work, we synthesized Tm 3+ doped Li 4 SrCa(SiO ) 2 phosphors and investigated their photoluminescence properties under the excitation of ultraviolet vacuum lights. The crystal structure analysis variation cell parameters confirm that ions have been successfully in host by occupying sites Ca 2+ with coordination number 6. luminescence results suggest :Tm is a good blue-emitting phosphor when excited irradiations. addition, it observed there nearly no degradation for after undergoing thermal irradiation treatments. Possible mechanisms processes are proposed on basis discussion emission spectra. particular, color 147 172 nm irradiations very close to standard blue color, suggesting could be potentially applied plasma display panels mercury-free fluorescence lamps.
