摘要: The polycrystalline sample of Nd3/2Bi3/2Fe5O12 was prepared by a high- temperature solid-state reaction technique. Preliminary X-ray structural analysis exhibits the formation single-phase tetragonal structure at room temperature. Microstructural scanning electron microscopy shows that sintered has well defined grains. These grains are distributed uniformly throughout surface sample. Detailed studies dielectric response various frequencies and temperatures exhibit anomaly 400 °C. electrical properties (impedance, modulus conductivity) material were studied using complex impedance spectroscopy reveal significant contribution grain boundary effects in material. frequency dependent plots loss show conductivity relaxation is non-Debye type. Studies with demonstrate compound Arrhenius-type conductivity. Study ac suggests obeys Jonscher’s universal power law.
