摘要: The polycrystalline sample of (Bi0.8Gd0.2)FeO3 was prepared by a high-temperature solid-state reaction technique. Preliminary X-ray structural analysis the confirms formation desired compound with rhombohedral phase. scanning electron micrograph showed uniform distribution plate- and rod-shaped grains. Studies dielectric electrical properties material were investigated within wide range temperature (25–400 °C) frequency (1 kHz–1 MHz) using complex impedance spectroscopic method. observation hysteresis loop confirmed that has ferroelectric property at room temperature. ac conductivity suggests obey Jonscher’s universal power law. dc follows Arrhenius equation. Detailed studies show negative coefficient resistance (NTCR) behavior sample.
