摘要: Polycrystalline samples of Bi1−x Pb x Fe1−x (Zr0.5Ti0.5) O3 (BPFZTO) with x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4 were prepared by high-temperature solid-state reaction. Preliminary structural analysis calcined powders the materials use x-ray powder diffraction confirmed formation single-phase systems tetragonal structure. Room-temperature scanning electron micrographs revealed uniform distribution grains low porosity different dimensions on surface samples. The frequency–temperature dependence dielectric electric properties was studied complex impedance spectroscopy over a wide range frequency (1 kHz to 1 MHz) at temperatures (25–500°C). constant BiFeO3 (BFO) enhanced substitution Pb(Zr0.5Ti0.5)O3 (PZT) whereas loss BPFZTO compounds decreased increasing PZT content. A significant contribution both grain boundaries electrical response observed. frequency-dependence ac conductivity followed Jonscher’s power law. Negative temperature coefficient resistance behavior observed for all Conductivity thermally excited charge carriers oxygen vacancies in believed be Arrhenius-type.
