摘要: Abstract A method is described for the assay of UDP-glucuronyltransferase activity various aglycones using UDP-[U 14 -C]glucuronic acid. The radioactive glucuronide conjugates formed during reactions were separated from unmetabolized UDP-[U- C]glucuronic acid, and other uncharacterized products, by thin-layer chromatography. identified comparison their R f values on chromatography with those several authentic glucuronides, hydrolysis β-glucuronidase in absence or presence d -saccharic acid-1,4-lactone, an inhibitor β-glucuronidase. procedure general determination enzymic aglycones. It has been utilized eleven capable extension to many others.
