摘要: The abdominal sympathetic system is unique in that its postganglionic axons do not directly innervate gastrointestinal smooth muscle layers but exert their effects through the enteric nervous system. purpose of present study was to examine ability neurons ganglia regenerate after axonal injury and determine whether reinnervation occurs removal ganglia. Axons from celiac ganglion superior mesenteric complex (CG/SMG) adult female BALB/c mice were crushed or removed. Immunohistochemistry, western blotting situ hybridization performed changes tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) growth-associated protein 43 (GAP-43) duodenum Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end-labeling injection tracer dye, fluorogold also performed. After crushing nerve, TH disappeared reappeared within 90 days. In CG/SMG, decreased increased as duodenum, while expression GAP-43 changed opposite direction. Nerve caused cell death limited number CG/SMG. CG/SMG stomach, 180 days later TH-positive innervation recovered. Fluorogold revealed inferior reinnervated stomach. Therefore, nerves abdomen are able even
