摘要: Abstract Proteases are involved in a variety of processes including demyelination after injury to the central nervous systyem. Neuropsin is serine protease, which constitutively expressed neurons limbic system. In present study, intrahippocampal kainate injection and enucleation were performed on adult mice. mRNA protein expression was detected by situ hybridization immunohistochemistry. Double confirmed that induced oligodendrocytes. One day hippocampus, neuropsin expressed, peaking 4–8 days postoperatively disappearing at 14 days. Immunohistochemistry immunoelectron microscopy revealed cell body oligodendrocytes myelin. To see if degrades myelin protein, purified incubated with recombinant neuropsin. A decrease intensity bands basic observed. These results indicate demyelination.
