摘要: Today, industries are facing tremendous pressures from the global economy, increase of customer expectations and demands, exponential product complexities, to name a few. To survive in competitive market, need develop innovative products quality while decreasing costs shortening time-to-market. In order remain competitive, companies have been making their efforts reduce operating make development efficient effective by applying computer technology introducing new design methodologies processes. Virtual reality (VR) virtual prototyping (VP) techniques novel technologies that cutting-edge organizations willing adopt developing manufacturing products. Even though these promising, simply adopting them can not bring an organization benefits because they still under extensive overcome some limitations. Thus, taking successful project examples which were conducted Fraunhofer Institute for Factory Operation Automation, this paper analyzes current interactive visualization discusses how VR VP should be applied life cycle.
