摘要: Dehydroevodiamine·HCl (DHED) has been reported to prevent memory impairment and neuronal cell loss in a rat model with cognitive disturbance. We investigated the effect of DHED on behavioral abnormality caused by stress. demonstrated that can improve stress-induced impairments depression-like behaviors using open-field test, Y-maze test forced swimming test. treatment significantly recovered decreases levels neural adhesion molecule (NCAM) proteins stress viability. Our results suggested is potential drug candidate for death, depression induced
