摘要: Prostate specific antigen (PSA) is widely used as the first line test for diagnosis of prostate cancer in asymptomatic men. The role transrectal ultrasound now predominantly accepted a means accurate biopsy prostate, but there confusion about best protocols cancer. Optimum obtained using combination digital palpation serum PSA measurements and sonography. colour Doppler imaging still under assessment.
