摘要: Study Objectives: A significant portion of US military personnel are returning from deployment with trauma-related sleep disturbance, and disrupted has been proposed as a mechanism for the development medical conditions in those posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Although individuals PTSD may realize improved either treatment or CBT insomnia, many continue to experience residual difficulties. Newly developed interventions designed address nightmares effective this end, but often do not fully remove all aspects PTSD-related difficulties when used isolation. A combined intervention involving both nightmare-specific insomnia lead more marked reductions disturbances.
