摘要: Abstract 1. The action of naloxone, at doses that antagonize the inhibitory actions opioid agonists in mammals, was tested identified cells Helix aspersa . 2. Naloxone able to modify membrane potential some without prior exposure opiate agonists. Some were depolarized and others hyperpolarized. 3. Met-enkephalin also effective eliciting changes cells, failed others, which responded partially effect naloxone. 4. electrophysiological responsiveness this preparation antagonists makes mollusc a suitable model for study dependence naloxone pharmacology.
