摘要: The complexity of educational leadership belies simple models and must be examined holistically historically. Leadership has a setting, historical framework, wholeness meaning, diversity influences. Effective leaders both articulate the values society go beyond them. Most agree leadership: (1) is situational varies with individuals events; (2) emerges from every segment society, no single program produces leaders; (3) involves helping followers attain goals; (4) an ethical dimension; (5) best understood through studying figures.
