摘要: Autoimmune inflammatory polyneuropathy (PN) can be triggered by vaccination. We report 3 such cases. A 36-year-old female nurse presented 15 days after a hepatitis B vaccination (HBV) with acute sensory disturbances in the lower limbs. She had severe ataxia but no weakness. Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) protein level was 84 mg/100 mL, lymphocytes. 66-year-old man 21 HBV motor and PN involving all 4 yellow fever progressive limbs bilateral facial paralysis. CSF 300 5 Six weeks later, tracheostomy performed. In these patients, nerve deficits lasted for months. each case, peripheral biopsy showed KP1-positive histiocytes T-lymphocytes endoneurium. On ultrastructural examination, there axonal degeneration first 2 cases; case 2, few myelinated fibers exhibited an intra-axonal macrophage myelin sheath preserved. There only 1 example of macrophage-associated demyelination were numerous 3. It is likely that cases, autoimmune reaction against some or neuronal components HBV. induced ataxic neuropathy (AMSAN) 2. The third patient chronic demyelinating PN,
