摘要: Abstract Chromaffin granules have been isolated from the pheochromocytoma clonal cell line, PC 12, The 12 cells, preloaded with radioactive catecholamines, were homogenized in isotonic sucrose and subjected to differential centrifugation linear or stepwise gradient fractionation. Antigenic determinants characteristic of bovine chromaffin detected both by immunofluorescence intact cells complement fixation granules. Electrophoretic analysis purified revealed that major proteins present molecular weights similar those granule protein markers. catecholamine storage are thus suitable vitro models for adrenal
