摘要: Explants of rat adrenal medulla were grown in tissue culture. The effects various doses dbcAMP ranging from 0.001 mM up to 1 and equimolar amounts theophylline recorded by phase contrast optics catecholamine histochemistry (glyoxylic acid method) over six days. There was a dose-dependent inhibition the normally occurring outgrowth Schwann cells, “chromaffin” cells axons explants. Maintenance glyoxylic acid-induced fluorescence dose-dependent, too. Since is known enhance intracellular levels cAMP only, these are probably due action cAMP. obviously maintains degree differentiation chromaffin cells. Thus it could be argued that certain dedifferentiation prerequisite for formation
