摘要: New options are available for the medical treatment of patients with Wilson's disease. Penicillamine is no longer choice, as there a growing experience safer and more effective alternatives. Trientine may be best choice initial therapy in symptomatic requiring chelation therapy, it even when used combination zinc, which recommended maintenance therapy. Further studies needed to determine pregnant disease, whether using trientine zinc will next all liver or neurologic
