摘要: This clinical study was undertaken to evaluate the prevalence of surgical complications sinus graft procedure and set a protocol repair membrane perforations intraoperatively using variety techniques materials. From January 2000 May 2005, 338 patients were studied, on whom 474 floor augmentation procedures performed, total 1166 dental implants simultaneously placed. A 104 observed (19 bilateral). In group number 1, 10 mm (19.23%), covered with lamellar bone combined buccal fat pad flap, six treated mandibular block four only sheet. Two-hundred seventy-eight placed under repaired 247 survived. Interestingly enough, all 25 that failed integrate perforated reconstructed membranes during lift procedure. Based results this study, survival rates correlate inversely size perforations.
