摘要: Abstract Self-supporting carbon foils of typical areal density (5–10), μg/cm2 are irradiated with (0.1–1.0)μA/mm2 Helium ions at (100–400) keV. Characteristic variations the surface and crystallographic structure observed. A reduction optical transmission is accompanied by a contraction region resulting in wrinkles within non-irradiated parts. By means electron diffraction continuous transformation (graphitization) foil The rate graphitization depends on current density. energy projectiles time irradiation. It shown that same kind crystallization can be produced heat treatment temperatures up to 1300 K.
