摘要: Nano-hydroxyapatite(n-HA)/chitosan(CS) composite membranes were prepared by solvent casting and evaporation methods for the function of guided bone regeneration (GBR). The effect n-HA content temperature on properties was studied. n-HA/CS analyzed scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, swelling measurement, mechanical test, cell culture MTT (3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenylte-2H-tetrazolium bromide) assay. results show that surface roughness micropores increase with rise content, suitable adhesion, crawl growth cells. hydroxyapatite holds nano size distributes uniformly in membranes. Chemical bond interaction exists between Ca ions –OH groups –NH2 or CS. have obvious influence ratio, tensile strength elongation rate Cell assays its can affect proliferation no negative morphology, viability possess good biocompatibility. This study makes membrane be a prospective biodegradable GBR future applications.
