摘要: Oropharyngeal candidiasis is a frequent cause of morbidity in patients with defects cell-mediated immunity or saliva production. Animal models this infection are important for studying disease pathogenesis and evaluating vaccines antifungal therapies. Here we describe simple mouse model oropharyngeal candidiasis. Mice rendered susceptible to oral by injection cortisone acetate then inoculated placing swab saturated Candida albicans sublingually. This process results reproducible level infection, the histopathology which mimics that pseudomembranous humans. By using model, data obtained after 5–9 d work.
