摘要: In this paper, we present a framework for Experience Management (EM) which is populated with case-based assistant systems EM. The follows the building block model of Probst et al [28] has been developed as guidance knowledge management activities. We taylor blocks special needs EM and discuss each support automation opportunities by based on sample from literature. take up holistic point view, i.e. regard psycho-social aspect in an own well organizational aspect. impacts these efforts are investigated case study that shown significantly increasing access ratios when following some findings design organization system.
