摘要: Abstract The use of TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) in a wide range products (specially biomedical applications) day-to-day life and the notable fact that it is photoactive generates reactive oxygen species (ROS) create curiousness among researchers to study their effects on different biological systems. Heme-enzymes are known operate redox reactions living system tandem with ROS. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) being model heme-enzyme from family was systematically studied for enzymatic changes after interaction NPs under physiologically relevant pH irradiation conditions. This gives us an extensive idea enzyme kinetics, intrinsic fluorescence, efficiency, stability protein–nanoparticle complex formed. effect ROS generated by conditions substantially considered as one major factors influenced kinetics apart protein adsorption surface nanoparticles. impact excessive activity HRP can be discerned current study.
