摘要: Ciprofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, is widely used for the treatment of bacterial infection in humans due to its broad antibacterial spectrum. An excessive use or overdose ciprofloxacin on other hand can cause several adverse effects not only but also microorganisms. Unabsorbed body mostly excreted through urine and finally goes environment, providing drug resistance pressure bacteria. Hence simple efficient detection method necessary, which, example, be analyze content urine. Although itself shows inherent fluorescence, direct fluorescent raw sample difficult autofluorescence by components. Herein we report that Tb(III) complex DO3A (1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7-triacetic acid) efficiently sensitized emit luminescence separately from wavelength region. Tb-DO3A excellent sensitivity with limit three parts per billion aqueous buffer solution. Further, detect high selectivity without any purification separation procedures concentrations ranging 1 µg·mL−1 50 µg·mL−1. The measurement may control drug.
