摘要: In human brain, parvalbumin, calbindin D-28K, calmodulin, calcineurin and S100 protein have been biochemically characterized (chapter 2) immunocytochemically localized 4). Particular interest has given to alterations of these proteins the morphological changes occurring in cells containing Ca2+-binding as a consequence neurological diseases (see Table 2.1).
